THE GREAT YACOOB BIOGRAPHY - Born in the Holy Land Jersualem The Great Yacoob was raised and taught in the ancient Hebrew customs. When The Great Yacoob told his parents that he didn't believe in religion or Yeshua or Jesus Christ as he's called he was exiled from his family and found a way to come to America. The Great Yacoob visited his Grandfather Yanu for guidance since his father was a Bhuddist with an open mind for anything. The Great Yacoobs Grandfather decided that he had a fighting spirit and taught him the sacred art of Sensie Boxing. With Arrogance, Ego, and a Loud Mouth The Great Yacoob decided to cease training and go straight to the Online Boxing world for a quick rise to fame.

The Great Yacoob came to the onlineboxing world after fighting a match with another rookie fighter and overcoming them in the second round by KO. The Great Yacoob started out as most fighters did by being a rookie and laid back while mastering the different methods of fighting but soon began to refine his personality by using his charismatic insults, witty thinking, and repitious quotes that was as addictive as crack cocaine. The Great Yacoob went from a quiet, humble, competitor to becoming The Stellar Athlete that used the Holy Praise "HALLELUJAH" to end his comments. After his first 200 fights The Great Yacoob defeated Sugar Ray Robinson on two ocassions to become the youngest OBW Champion to ever set foot in the ring. He lost them both in each rematch but didn't stop there. He captured the North American Title defeating Fernando Vargas, He defeated Unstoppable Twice for the OBA and defeated Nigel Benn three times in a row, once to rank up for a title shot, second to win the title, and third successfully defending the championship crown to give him a reign of being a 4 Time OBA Champion. For a short term The Great Yacoob dominated the South American title winning it 3 times with 2 defenses.

After a quick rise of stardom The Great Yacoob partnered up with long time friend Serious Business. The Two of them founded the group The Drama Clique in which the two stirred up more trouble than Online Boxing Could handle. Each of them would pick fights at random with fighters in the locker room, taunt the Vice President of the company Don King, and send fighters into a rage after defeating them. The Drama Clique began the rise of Gyms and Clans which than turned the online boxing world upside down. It became a Civil War in which those with enough inspiration to formulate a group came together and began to raise the ante's for domination. After being long time friends The Great Yacoob and Serious Business became bitter enemies. Having knockdown brawls in and out of the ring the two former friends faded from friendship and soon began an eruption of hell. It was as if nobody could stop the two from tearing each other apart with over 25 fights between them. Though Yacoob capitalized and triumphed over Serious Business the loud mouth, sour, and evil Serious Business began the verbal attacks. After persuing a Rap Career Serious Business left Online Boxing and never came back.

With the rise of the Pound for Pound Gym The Great Yacoob decided to rival the gang by formulating his own group called The Black Fist Family. A faction of old time friends also being co led by That 1 Dope Mexican. Fights erupted on the streets, in the ring, in the audience, and anywhere the group crossed each other's paths. It was a bloodbath. The Black Fist Family triumphed over the Pound for Pound Gym though shortly after The Black Fist Family disbanded after Yacoob decided to go back to his single boxing career.

The Great Yacoob's feuds were more than a lot of fighters wins on their records. The Great Yacoob's biggest feuds were with Couture who had beaten up on Yacoob when he was a rookie but than was humiliated when Yacoob came back as a Pro. The two went at it on the microphone and in the ring. The Great Yacoob labeled him with the Penis Sniff Couture nickname saying how Couture was fond of sniffing men's underwear calling him online boxings mascot. The two eventually put their differences aside but that was marked as the beginning of a regular fighter named Yacoob to becoming known as The Great One, The Stellar Athlete, that would Slap a Sumbitch Famous and Nameless in the Name of all THINGS HOLY!

Yacoob had issues with the moderator and vice president of online boxing Don King Promotions. Calling him Donny Boy Burger King The Great Yacoob risked his career fighting his boss in the ring and insulting him with every old crack joke he could find in his repetoire. Don King Promotions surprisingly gave Yacoob one of the most challenging feuds of his career. The BATTLE OF WITS. It was marked as the DAVID AND GOLIATH of psychological warfare as the two went back and forth shocking the world with how much they hated each other's guts. After months and months of arguing The two became best friends and even sparred each other to polish Yacoobs skills.

The Great Yacoob and Red Viper was marked as The Ali Vs. Frazier point in his career. They fought a record breaking 150 times in the ring with the fight going both ways evenly. At one point The Great Yacoob walked all over Red Viper and than Red Viper walked all over Yacoob. Later on Yacoob overcame Red Viper and gave him the nickname of Gay Red Cock Boy Viper.

His rivalry with Veteran Nigel Benn was paramount because it marked racial tensions when Nigel Benn called a friend of his colored which Yacoob took as racist.

Yacoob even took a couple of swipes at the Owner Mikkel at times. The man had no limits and the fans ate it up.

His feuds ranged against USA that he called US GAY, Dick E Boon, Pieced Up, the VETERAN Labaratory, HERE TO FIGHT, Unstoppable, Floobie, and just about every oponent

After a long and succesful career the Master Of Ceremonies, and King of Comedy began to shift into a manic depressive psychopath. Losing his focus he began to lose fights back to back and lost tons of money. He began to drink and the other fighters began to make a mockery of him. Dissapearing from the spotlight The Great Yacoob decided to revisit his Grandfather Yanu for counsel and to try to get his life back on track. Consequently it seemed that it only made his life worse. The Great One came back and announced he would be taking his own life in a period of 2 weeks. To the amusement of his enemies The Great Yacoob announced he would retire every 2 to 3 fights battling the demons within himself. It seemed it would be the end of The Great Yacoob. But soon drawing support from his millions of fans and even some of his old bitter enemies it shocked all of those who hated the man just how many supporters he had drawn over the years of his career. People protested in the streets and campaigns were made to stop Yacoob from ending his life. One of the biggest supporters of all time was his best friend Golden Boy who managed to be the ONLY ONE to prevent The Great Yacoob from throwing his life away. When Yacoob announced he'd get help he dissapeared and came back months later. After such a long and hard road The Great One tried to lace up the gloves again but to no avail losing many fights back to back. When he dissapeared for a second time The Great Yacoob visited his Grandfather Yanu a last time before he died and finally decided that he would undergo the artform he tried to learn years before. In the mountains for an entire year of his absence The Great Yacoob trained and waited patiently sharpening his skills and maintaining a humble temperament so as to avoid the mistakes he made in his past. When he was prepared he sparred and defeated his Grandfather Yanu who bowed to his now truly Great Grandson Yacoob.

The Great Yacoob, now presently back in action, gave his life to the cause of the Bahai' Faith, and embraced a more decent and less negative way of life. IN THE LIGHT

Mikkel decided this discontinuation because noone was online. I think he was angry and sad because of this and he decided to do so. I understand his reaction (he offers the world this great game and this fuckers just play things like world of warcraft etc. There are millions and millions people in the net and just 3-5 people play this Onlineboxing? Thats sad, retarded and it makes me angry and sick, too).
So far mikkel was able to pay for the server every month (just one time he needed help from players. Boon and John helped out with money.)
In an other thread mikkel said that he will shut down the game if he got money-problems again without giving us this information (so...without any warning).

I was thinking about learning a new style and get used to the new settings. But OB got no real future (one month no money, other month there is a discontinuation of OB2D till mikkel change his mind, next month again no money etc.). So why trying to get good again with new settings if they close OB after you archived your goal? I am retired now because of this things. Think about this words....

This are his last two fights. I think thats a joke for a so called Champ. And mikkels auto-script taking the belt after 1 week not defending doesnt work anymore. But in 28 days just one time his title defended is just a joke. Maybe he tries to get in the HOF of title-sitters, dont know.

i understand what you mean viper. Because we got very similar boxing styles. You remember that i often went into my corner, defended everything and then countered sometimes without ending. But with the new settings its useless to defend yourself in the corner (you lose stamina and your powers are not able to regain to do the payback).
Thats why i am trying to change my style completely with this new settings. I think you got to do the same viper. Your style is useless with this new settings (as boon said...no power in the punches anymore).
But i am sure that you are still one of the best viper. Thats why i hope to see you soon again in the ring.

yea, boon is good with this settings. They work for him. But he is only able to beat john if there is a john to beat. Dont know why but john switched to a title-sitter these days. Thats not the john i used to know back in the days. I hope he gives back the belt to the Community because he is never online anymore.
